Gauss Document Planner is a web application intended for automatization of municipality services for spatial planning and town-planning. The application has been developed with the aim to accelerate and facilitate a usually complex and long process of issuing different permits, such as town-planning permit, construction certificate and occupation certificate.

Gauss Document Planner web application enables a logical work sequence from the application receipt, case status changes monitoring through the permit issuance or application rejection.

Document Planner technology is Oracle Spatial server which enables the access via OCI or ODBC connection to other GIS programs.
